Traxxas T-Maxx. The world's ultimate radio-controlled, nitro-powered monster truck. It's the first nitro monster truck to feature a true forward/reverse transmission. This patent-pending design makes the T-MAXX the only nitro truck which allows full proportional control of your throttle and brakes in both forward and reverse. The new Traxxas TQ-3 radio system has a third channel to control forward/reverse shifting. In addition to forward/reverse capability, the T-MAXX has a two-speed transmission (two-speeds forward, two-speeds reverse).
Radio set included is a twin stick 27Mhz set.

Two speed and reverse unit (11951 bytes)There's a low range for incredible climbing power, and a high-range for a ballistic 30 MPH, shifting is automatic. The entire mechanism is completely encased in a durable sealed gearbox. An access hole allows you to adjust the shift point of the two speed mechanism. An adjustable slipper clutch is included to help protect the drivetrain from excessive shock loads.

.15 Pro Engine (7346 bytes)The power for the T-MAXX is from the proven TRX Pro .15 engine. It is equipped with the EZ-Start electric starting system for quick startups. Just push a button to start the engine. The EX-Start lights your glow plug and spins the engine over, it will even let you know if you have a duff glow plug.

TQ-3 Transmitter (5335 bytes)Another first for the T-MAXX is the new Traxxas TQ-3 radio system. The TQ-3 has a third channel for controlling the T-Maxx forward/reverse shifting. Just push the button on the grip to select either forward or reverse. The TQ-3 has electronic trim controls, servo reversing, and up to a full quarter-mile range.

A monsterous chassis by anyones standard. It features a 2 steel differential, shaft driven system, complete with two speed auto shifting transmission, reverse system, disk brake, eight huge volume shock abosorbers, and receiver strong box. The suspension setup is also fully adjustable as standard.

Car includes TRX Pro 15 engine, silencer, body shell, decals, wheels, and tyres.
