Developed as a complete system, these universal couplings are available in a range of sizes to suit almost all applications. You can make up your own coupling by choosing two brass inserts that suit the shafts to be joined then push them into a coupling unit to form the complete coupling. If you need a double coupling, simply add a double connector and a secondary coupling unit. If you ever need to change the made-up coupling, just pull it apart and replace the inserts as required.
The couplings are suitable for electric and small I/C engine drive. They can accept a drive angle of up to 15', however the straighter the drive, the more efficient it is - particularly at high speeds where large drive angles can lead to vibration. The couplings are manufactured from heavy-duty materials. All coupling inserts and double converters are machined from brass. All parts are interchangeable for flexibility and re-useable for great value.
